राजसंस्थावादी जेन-जीहरुको ”जेन जी एलान्यन्स फर मोनार्की, Gen-Z Alliance for Monarchy (राजसंस्थावादीका लागि जेन जी गठबन्धन)” ले विभिन्न १५ बुँदे माग राखी राष्ट्रिय एकताका लागि एक हुन, सर्वपक्षीय सहमतिबाट सबै शक्तिहरुले साझा समाधान खोज्न नत्र आफूहरु विद्रोहमा जान बाध्य हुने चेतावनी सहित विज्ञप्ति जारी गरेको छ ।

विज्ञप्ति जस्ताको तस्तै : नेपाली र अंग्रेजीमा…

हामी नेपाली गौरवशाली र सम्मानित राष्ट्रका रूपमा स्थापित हुने क्रममा धेरै संघर्ष र अत्याचारहरूबाट गुज्रिएका छौं। हामी सार्वभौम राष्ट्रका रुपमा अझ सबल, दृढ र उत्कृष्ट भएका छौं। हालका दिनहरूमा हाम्रो देशले ठूला संकट र चुनौतीहरू सामना गरिरहेको छ। गत सेप्टेम्बर ८ र ९ का विरोध प्रदर्शनका घटनाका क्रममा सहादत प्राप्त गर्नु हुने अमर शहिदहरुप्रति हार्दिक श्रद्धाञ्जली अर्पण गर्छौं।
यो दुःखद घटनाले राष्ट्रबासीहरुमा गहिरो चोट पुर्‍याएको छ र त्यसपछीका घटनाहरूले हिंसा र अराजकताका खतरा कति भयावह हुन सक्छ भन्ने कुराको स्मरण गराएका छन्।
नयाँ बनेको सरकारले जसरी विदेशी शक्तिहरूको स्वार्थमा काम गरिरहेको छ, सो, प्रतिनिधित्व गर्नेहरूका लागि शर्मनाक कुरा हो। विदेशी हस्तक्षेप र गृहअशान्तिको खतराले अहिले हाम्रो देशलाई समग्र रूपमा — युवादेखि वृद्धसम्म — जकडिरहेको छ। हामी देशभक्त राष्ट्रवादी तथा लोकतान्त्रिक राजसंस्थावादी जेन-ज़ीहरू ति शक्तिहरू विरुद्ध नेपालको आवाजको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दैछौं। हालका लागि हामीले नयाँ ऐतिहासिक शिराबाट सर्वपक्षीय सहमति जुटाउने उद्देश्यले निम्नानुसारका १५ बुँदे आधारहरु प्रस्ताव गरेका छौं । सबै पक्षहरुमा यी मागहरुमा केन्द्रित रही शान्तिपूर्ण माध्यमबाट सबै शक्तिहरु एक ठाउँमा रही राष्ट्रोत्थानका लागि पहल हुन आह्वान गर्दछौं । नत्र यिनै मागहरु पूरा गर्नका लागि हामी अन्तिम संघर्षमा होमिन तयार हुने जानकारी समेत गराउँछौं।
१. संवैधानिक राजसंस्था कायम गर्ने।
२. Rank Based निर्वाचन प्रणाली लागू गरी जनताको प्रत्यक्ष सहभागिता सुनिश्चित गर्ने, र कम्तीमा ५१% जनमत प्राप्त उम्मेदवारबाट मात्र सरकार गठन हुने प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचित कार्यकारी प्रधानमन्त्री प्रणाली लागू गर्ने। सांसदहरूले सरकार बनाउन वा ढाल्न नपाउने व्यवस्था गर्ने।
३. करार पूरा नगर्ने सांसदलाई फिर्ता बोलाउने (Right to Recall) र खराब उम्मेदवार अस्वीकार गर्ने (Right to Reject / NOTA) व्यवस्था लागू गर्ने।
४. सांसदहरू मन्त्री बन्न नपाउने व्यवस्था लागू गर्ने।
५. असमान सन्धि, सम्झौता र राष्ट्रघाती कानूनहरू खारेज गर्ने।
६. प्रदेश सरकारको संरचना विघटन गरी शक्तिहरू स्थानीय सरकारमा केन्द्रित गर्ने।
७. सबैलाई धार्मिक स्वतन्त्रता र संरक्षण प्रदान गर्दै नेपाललाई हिन्दु, बौद्ध र किराँत धर्मराज्य घोषणा गर्ने।
८. सबै तहमा कम्तीमा ५०% महिला जनप्रतिनिधिको सहभागिता सुनिश्चित गर्ने।
९. निःशुल्क शिक्षा र बीमामा आधारित स्वास्थ्य नीति लागू गर्ने।
१०. विदेशमा रहेका नेपाली सहित सबै नागरिकका लागि अनिवार्य मतदानको व्यवस्था लागू गर्ने।
११. १८ देखि २४ वर्ष उमेरका नागरिकका लागि न्यायसंगत पारिश्रमिक, सीप विकास र राष्ट्रनिर्माणमा योगदानको अवसर सहितको अनिवार्य राष्ट्रिय सेवा लागू गर्ने।
१२. स्रोत नखुलेको सम्पत्ति राष्ट्रियकरण गर्ने।
१३. कर्मचारी, आयुक्त र निर्वाचित जनप्रतिनिधिहरूबीचको असमान तलव, भत्ता र पेन्सन प्रणाली अन्त्य गर्ने।
१४. सरकारी सेवा र सुविधा प्रदान गर्ने निकायहरूलाई आधुनिकीकरण गरी दक्ष र पारदर्शी सेवा सुनिश्चित गर्ने।
१५. एक व्यक्ति एक व्यावसायिक क्षेत्र नीतिको कार्यान्वयन गर्ने।

We Nepalis, have gone through many struggles and atrocities in the process of establishing ourselves as a proud and respected nation. We have become stronger, more determined and better as a sovereign nation. In recent days, our country is facing great crises and challenges. We pay our heartfelt tribute to the immortal martyrs who achieved martyrdom during the protests of 8th and 9th September.
This tragic incident has deeply hurt the nation and the subsequent events have reminded us of how terrifying the threat of violence and chaos can be. The way the newly formed government is acting in the interests of foreign powers is a shame for those it represents. The threat of foreign interference and civil unrest is now gripping our country as a whole, from young to old. We are patriotic, nationalist and democratic monarchists Gen-Zs, are representing the voice of Nepal against those powers.
For now, we have proposed the following 15-point basis with the aim of achieving an all-party consensus from a new historical vein. We call on all parties to focus on these demands and take initiatives for nation-building through peaceful means by bringing all forces together. Otherwise, we inform you that we will be ready for the final struggle to fulfill these demands.
1. Establishment of constitutional monarchy,
2. Ensure implementation of Rank-based electoral system to confirm direct participation of the people to appoint directly elected Prime Minister where the government is formed only by candidates who receive at least 51% of the popular vote. Make arrangements to prevent parliamentarians from forming or overthrowing the government,
3. Implemention of the Right to Recall (Right to Recall) and the Right to Reject (NOTA) system for rejecting bad/undesired candidates,
4. Implemention of the system that prohibits Member of Parliaments from becoming ministers, Prime Minister,
5. Repeal unequal treaties, agreements, and treasonous laws,
6. Dismantle the provincial government structure and concentrate powers in local governments,
7. Declare Nepal a Hindu, Buddhist, and Kirat religious state, providing religious freedom and protection to all,
8. Ensure the participation of at least 50% women representatives at all levels,
9. Ensure free education and health policy based on insurance,
10. Ensure Implementation of compulsory voting for all citizens, including Nepalis living abroad,
11. Ensure mandatory national service for citizens between the ages of 18 and 24, with fair wages, skill development, and opportunities to contribute to nation-building.
12. Nationalize of sourceless and undisclosed assets (akut sampatti),
13. End the unequal salary, allowance and pension system among employees, commissioners and elected representatives.
14. Modernize the agencies providing government services and facilities to ensure efficient and transparent services.
15. Ensure implementation of One Person, One Business Sector policy
