प्रधानमन्त्री भट्टराईलाई कालो झण्डा देखाएर होहल्ला !

प्रधानमन्त्री डा. बाबुराम भट्टराईले अन्तराष्ट्रिय समूदायसमक्ष शान्ति र संविधान निर्माण प्रक्रियालाई निष्कर्षमा पुर्‍याउने प्रतिवद्धता जनाउनु भएको छ । शनिबार संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघको ६६ औं महासभालाई सम्वोधन गर्दै प्रधानमन्त्री भट्टराईले आफ्नो नेतृत्वको सरकार शान्ति र संविधान निर्माण प्रक्रियालाई निष्कर्षमा पुर्‍याउन प्रतिवद्ध रहेको बताउनु भयो । सबै राजनीतिक दलहरुको सहमतिकै आधारमा शान्ति र संविधान निर्माण प्रक्रिया पूरा गरि नेपालको विद्यमान संक्रमणकाल पूरा गर्ने उहाँको भनाई छ । नेपालको शान्ति प्रक्रियामा संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघले खेलेको भूमिकाको प्रशंसा गर्दै भट्टराईले शान्ति र संविधान निर्माण प्रक्रियामा अन्तराष्ट्रिय समूदायको सहयोग र सद्भाव पाउने विश्वास ब्यक्त गर्नुभयो । नेपालको जारी शान्ति प्रक्रिया मौलिक रहेको भन्दै उहाँले यो विश्वका लागि उदाहरण भएको बताउनु भयो । प्रधानमन्त्री डा. भट्टराईले लुम्बिनीको विकासमा सहयोग गर्न अन्तराष्ट्रिय समुदायलाई आहृवान गर्नुभयो । उहाँले लुम्बिनीको विकासका लागि तत्काल अन्तराष्ट्रिय समितिलाई सक्रिय पार्नु पर्नेमा जोड दिनुभयो । जलवायु परिर्वतनले
नेपालको हिमाल र दक्षिण एसियामा गम्भीर असर परेको भन्दै उहाँले त्यसका लागि औद्योगिक देशहरु जिम्मेबार रहेको बताउनु भयो । राष्ट्रसंघको शान्ति सेनामा नेपालले अहम भूमिका खेलेको भन्दै प्रधानमन्त्री डा. भट्टराईले नेपाल अन्तराष्ट्रिय शान्ति र सुरक्षा स्थापनामा आफ्नो प्रतिवद्ध रहेको बताउनु भयो । शान्ति सेनामा ८० हजार नेपाली सेनाले भाग लिएको र उनीहरु मध्ये ६२ जना मारिएको भन्दै उहाँले नेतृत्व तहमा नेपालको समान सहभागिता हुनु पर्नेमा जोड दिनुभयो ।

नेपालजस्तै द्वन्द्वोत्तर मुलकको पुन निर्माणका लागि संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघ वेग्लै मार्सल प्लानका साथ आउनुपर्ने माग गर्दै प्रधानमन्त्रीले सांकेतिक सहयोगमात्र पर्याप्त नहुने बताउनुभयो ।

संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघको समेत पुनसंरचनामा जोड दिंदै भट्टराईले राष्ट्रसंघको महासभा ‘बिश्व संसद’को भूमिकामा हुनुपर्ने बताउनुभयो । सुरक्षा परिषद्को विस्तार, राष्ट्रसंघको कार्यशैलीमा सुधार लगायतका पक्षमा नेपाल रहेको जानकारी गराउँदै उहाँले अन्तराष्ट्रिय शान्ति स्थापनाका लागि साना राष्ट्रहरुको भूमिकालाई पनि कदर गरिनुपर्ने बताउनुभयो । मध्यपूर्वमा शान्ति स्थापना हुनुपर्ने मत राख्दै प्रधानमन्त्रीले बर्षौदेखि स्वतन्त्रताका लागि लड्दै आएका प्यालेष्टाइनीलाई समर्थन गर्नु आफ्नो मुलुकको सैद्धान्तिक पक्षधरता रहेको बताउनुभयो ।

प्रधानमन्त्री डा. बाबुराम भट्टराई र भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री मनमोहन सिंहवीच न्यूयोर्कमा भेटवार्ता भएको छ । राष्ट्रसंघको ६६ औं महासभामा भाग लिन हाल न्यूयोर्कमा रहनुभएका प्रधानमन्त्री भट्टराई र सिंहवीच नेपाली समयअनुसार शनिवार साँझ ७:४५ बजे भेटवार्ता भएको हो ।

भेटमा भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री सिंहले प्रधानमन्त्री निर्वाचित भएकोमा डा. भट्टराईलाई बधाई दिंदै उहाँकै कार्यकालमा शान्ति र संबिधानको काम पुरा हुने बिश्वास ब्यक्त गर्नुभयो । नेपालको शान्ति प्रकृया र संबिधान निर्माणमा भारतको पूर्ण सहयोग हुने सिंहले वताउनुभयो ।

भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री सिंहले नेपाल र भारतबीच रहेका सवै खाले असहमति वार्ताका माध्यमबाट सकरात्मक ढंगले समाधान गरिनुपर्ने भन्दै आगामी महिना भारत भ्रमणका लागि निम्तो दिनुभएको छ ।

भेटका अबसरमा प्रधानमन्त्री डा. भट्टराईले माओवादी नेताहरुलाई पटना अदालतले सुनाएको कैद र जरिवाना फैसलाबारे जिज्ञासा राख्नुभएको थियो । जवाफमा प्रधानमन्त्री सिंहले यो घटनालाई आफूले गम्भीररुपमा लिएको भन्दै सच्चाउनका लागि पहल गर्ने आश्वासन दिनुभएको थियो । नेपाल र भारतवीचका समस्या समाधान गर्ने तथा आर्थिक बिकाशका लागि आपसी सहयोग अभिबृद्धि गर्ने बिषयमा पनि दुई देशका प्रधानमन्त्रीबीच छलफल भएको उहाँका स्वकिय सचिव विश्वदीप पाण्डेले जानकारी दिनुभयो ।

धानमन्त्रीसमेत रहनुभएका एकीकृत नेकपा माओवादीका उपाध्यक्ष डाक्टर बाबुराम भट्टराइले विश्वलाई विकाशको बाटोमा अघि बढाउने सिद्धान्त मार्क्सवादी दर्शन नै भएको बताउनुभएको छ । राष्ट्रसंघ महासभामा भाग लिन अमेरिका पुग्नुभएका भट्टराईले स्थानीय ‘न्यू स्कुल युनिभर्सिटी’को इन्डिया चाइना इन्स्टिच्युटले गएराति आयोजना गरेको एक अन्तरसंवाद कार्यक्रमलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै एक्साइसौँ सताब्दीको सुरुदेखिनै मार्क्सवादको सान्दर्भिकता झनै बढेर गएको र यो सताब्दीको अन्त्यसम्ममा विश्वभरी फेरी एकपटक मार्क्सवाद सर्वमान्य दर्शन बन्ने दाबी गर्नुभयो ।

२० औँ सताब्दीको अन्त्यतिर दार्शनिक मार्क्सवादमा आधारित विश्वका धेरै देशका कम्युनिष्ट सासन ढलेका भएपनि एक्काइसौँ सताब्दीको सुरुदेखिनै देखिएको आर्थिक मन्दीले फेरी मार्क्सवादको व्यवहारिक प्रयोगको आवश्यकता देखिएको भट्टराईको भनाई छ । तर मार्क्सवादको व्यवहारिक प्रयोग केबल सैद्धान्तिक र दार्शनिक रुपमा मात्र नहुने र त्यसको लागि सिर्जनात्मक हुनुपर्ने भटराईले बताउनुभयो ।

नेपालमा मार्क्सवादको सिर्जनात्मक प्रयोगका लागि शान्तिपूर्ण राजनीतिबाटै परिवर्तनको लक्ष्यमा पुग्नुपर्ने मत राख्ने भट्टराईले चुनवाङ वैठकमार्फत माओवादीलाई शान्तिप्रकृयामा अगाडी बढाउनुभएको थियो । ‘एक्काइसौँ सताब्दीमा मार्क्सवादको उपयोगिता र नेपालमा यसको प्रयोग’ विषयमा भएको कार्यक्रममा सम्वोधन गर्दै भट्टराईले भन्नुभयो-मार्क्सवाद बाहेक अरु कुनैपनि दर्शनले वैज्ञानिक रुपमा विकाशलाई सम्बोधन गर्न सक्दैन ।’ भट्टराईले मार्क्सवादी हुनका लागि तथ्यपरक र क्रान्तिकारी हुनैपर्ने बताउनुभयो । मार्क्सवादको प्रयोग कुनै निश्चित सुत्रमा बाँधिएर गर्न नसकिने भन्दै व्यवहारिक र सिर्जनात्मक प्रयोग दिगो हुने बताउनुभयो ।

मार्क्सवाद जड सिद्धान्त नभएको भन्दै भटराइले अरु भौतिक वस्तु जस्तै यो सिद्धान्तको पनि उत्थान, विकाश र प्रतिस्थापन अवश्यंभावी रहेको बताउनुभयो । मार्क्सवादको प्रयोगमा दर्शन, राजनीतिक अर्थशास्त्र र वैज्ञानिक समाजवाद जस्ता मुख्य तीनवटा विषयको एकसाथ प्रयोग आवश्यक रहेको भट्टराईको भनाइ छ । नेपालमा आफुहरुले माओवादको रुपमा मार्क्सवादको प्रयोग गरिरहेको भन्दै भट्टराइले आफुहरुले मार्क्सवादलाई जड रुपमा नलिने र माओवादलाई धर्मको रुपमा पनि नलिने बताउनुभो ।

देश काल परिस्थितिअनुसार मार्क्सवादको प्रयोग गरी आफुहरुले समाजवाद उन्मुख प्रजातन्त्र स्थापना गर्न विगतमा पुँजीवादी दलहरुसँग सहकार्य गरेको र त्यो अहिलेपनि आवश्यक रहेको भट्टराईको भनाई छ । देशमा अहिलेपनि सामन्तवादी अवशेष र उत्पादन सम्बन्ध कायम रहेको भन्दै त्यसको अन्त्य गरी समाजवादको लक्ष्यमा पुग्न पनि बुर्जुवा प्रजातन्त्रमा टेक्न आवश्यक रहेको भट्टराईको तर्क छ । देशको पुँजी संरक्षण गरी उद्योगमा आधारित विकाशलाई अघि बढाउन सोही अनुरुपमा आर्थिक नीति अबलम्बन गरिने र सामन्तवादी उत्पादन सम्बन्धमा परिवर्तन गर्न जसको जोत उसको पोत भन्ने नारा अघि सारिएको भट्टराईले बताउनुभयो । सेना समायोजनको विषय शान्तिप्रक्रियाको महत्वपूर्ण विषय भएको र त्यसका लागि जनमुक्ति सेनाको व्यवसायिकरणका साथै नेपाली सेनाको लोकतान्त्तिककरणको पाटोलाई पनि भुल्न नहुनेमा जोड दिनुभयो । एक अर्को प्रसँगमा भट्टराईले भारत र चीन दुबै छिमेकीसँग सन्तुलित सम्बन्ध राखेर नेपाल अघि बढ्ने बताउनुभयो । भट्टराईले युद्धकालमा लागेका राजनीतिक प्रकृतिका मुद्धामात्र फिर्ता लिइने तर अपराधिलाई मुक्त नगरिने स्पष्ट पार्नुभयो ।

 भट्टराईले नेपाललाई भूस्वर्ग बनाउने अभियानमा जुट्न बिदेशमा रहेका नेपालीलाई आह्वान गर्नुभएको छ ।

‘हामी मातृभूमिलाई भूस्वर्गमा परिणत गर्न तयार हुनुपर्छ, सरकार प्रमखमा कति दिन रहन्छु त्यो ठूलो कुरा हैन । तर, जतिदिन रहन्छु नेपाललाई भूस्वर्गमा परिणत गर्न लागिरहन्छु’ अमेरिका भ्रमणमा रहेका प्रधानमन्त्री भट्टराईले त्यहाँ रहेका नेपालीलाई सम्वोधन गर्दै भन्नुभयो-’आउनुहोस् तपाई हामी सबै मिलेर गर्व गर्नलायक नेपाल बनाऔं ।’

चीन र भारतको द्रुत विकासमा आप्रवासीहरुको ठूलो भूमिका रहेको भन्दै उहाँले नयाँ नेपाल निर्माणमा सहभागी हुन आप्रबासी नेपालीहरुलाई आहृवान गर्नुभयो । ‘तपाईहरुमा मूख्यरुपमा सिप छ र सिमित साधन पनि छ’ प्रधानमन्त्री डा. भट्टराईले भन्नुभयो-’सक्नुहुन्छ देश फर्किएर आफ्नो शक्ति लागाउनुहोस, सक्नुहुन्न केही समय दिनुहोस् ।’ लगानी गर्ने बातावरण निर्माण गर्न सरकार तयार रहेको भन्दै उहाँले भन्नुभयो-’हामीले त्यसका लागि के गर्नुपर्छ सरकार तयार छ । देशमा आएर लगानी गर्न चाहिने आवश्यक पूर्वाधार हामी पूरा गछौं ।’

उहाँले नयाँ संविधान निर्माण गरि नयाँ निर्वाचन गरेपछि सम्पूर्ण शक्ति देश विकासमा लगाइने बताउनुभयो । ‘चार पाँच महिनामा संविधान बनेपछि त्यसको चार पाँच महिनामा चुनाव गाउँछौं’ उहाँले भन्नुभयो-’त्यसपछि सम्पूर्ण शक्ति देश विकासमा लगाउँछौं ।’ सरकारको कार्यभार शान्ति र संविधान निर्माण गर्नु भएको भन्दै उहाँले भन्नुभयो- ‘शान्ति र संविधानका विषयमा कोही पनि विपक्षी बन्नु आश्वयक छैन । अरु कुरामा पक्ष विपक्ष बन्दा हामीलाई कुनै आपत्ति छैन, शान्ति प्रक्रियालाई निष्कर्षमा पुर्‍याउन हामी सबै मिल्नुपर्छ ।’ लोकतन्त्रमा सरकारको आलोचना हुनु स्वभाविक भएको भन्दै उहाँले त्यसले सरकारलाई फाइदा नै पुर्‍याउने बताउनु भयो । ‘सरकारको कामको आलोचना गर्नुहोस्, हाम्रो व्यक्तिगत कमजोरी भए हाम्रो आलोचना गर्नुहोस, हामीले देशलाई लुटेर सम्पत्ति थुपारेको छ भने हाम्रो आलोचना गर्नुहोस’ उहाँले भन्नुभयो-’यसले सरकारलाई नै फाइदा पुर्‍याउँछ ।’ विगतमा सरकारको आलोचना गर्दा आफूहरुमाथि अराष्ट्रिय र आतंककारीको विल्ला लगाइएको भन्दै प्रधानमन्त्री डा. भट्टराई भन्नुभयो-’हिजोका सत्ताधारीहरुले विरोध गर्न दिएनन, सरकारको विरोध गर्ने वित्तिकै अराष्ट्रिय तत्व भने, आतंककारीको विल्ला लगाए र त्यसले गर्दा उनीहरुको विनास भए ।’

सरकार गठनका क्रममा माओवादी र संयुक्त लोकतान्त्रिक मधेसी मोर्चाबीच राष्ट्रघाती सम्झौता नभएको भट्टराईले प्रष्ट पार्नुभयो । ‘जे हुँदै आएको छ, त्यसलाई मात्र ठिक मान्ने यथास्थितिबादी चेत हो’ उहाँले भन्नुभयो-’चारबुँदेको सार तत्व भनेको समावेशी हो । एउटा भाषा, एउटा भेष र जाति राष्ट्रियता होइन, हाम्रो राष्ट्रियता भनेको बहुभाषी, बहुजाति र बहुसंस्कृति हो ।’ चारबुँदेले नयाँ राष्ट्रिय एकता कायम गर्ने उहाँको दावी थियो । बहुमतीय प्रक्रियाबाट आफू प्रधानमन्त्री बनेपनि सहमतिको स्वरुप दिने प्रयास जारी रहेको उहाँको भनाई थियो । कब्जा सम्पत्ति फिर्ता गर्न निर्देशन दिइसकेको र लडाकूहरुको कन्टेनरहरुको साँचो विशेष समितिलाई बुझाइसकेको जानकारी दिनुभयो ।

कार्यक्रममा केहीले प्रधानमन्त्री भट्टराईलाई कालो झण्डा देखाएर होहल्ला गरेका थिए । त्यसपछि प्रधानमन्त्री भट्टराईले हाँस्दै आफूले कालोझण्डा देखिसकेको भन्दै लोकतन्त्रमा अरुका कुरा पनि सुन्न आग्रह गर्नुभयो । ‘मैले तपाईहरुको कालोझण्डा देखिसके, अब मेरो कुरा सुन्ने धैर्यता राख्नुस्’ भट्टराईले यति भनेपछि उनीहरु कार्यक्रमस्थलबाट वाहिरएका थिए ।

नेपाल आदीवासी जनजाती महासंघ अमेरिकाका महासचिव दिपेस लिम्बुले मुलुकको प्रधानमन्त्रि न्युयोर्कमा आउदा पनि नेपाली समुदायलाई नेपाल नियोगले अपमान गरेको कार्यप्रति विरोध जनाएका थिए ।

 ' हाम्रो प्रधानमन्त्रिसंग विरोध होइन तर प्रधानमन्त्रिसंग नेपाली समुदायको कुरा राख्ने मौका दिन नचाहेको नेपाल नियोग - नेपाल मिसन) को एकलौटी कार्यको हामी घोर विरोध गछौ' महासचिव लिम्बुले भने- ' आदीवासी जनजातीको साथ लिएर जन आन्दोलन सफल गरेका माओवादी सरकारमा पुगेर पनि अहिलेसम्म जनजातीको हितमा संघीयता र जनजातीको विभिन्न भाषालाई राज्यले मान्यता दिन नसकेकोमा प्रधानमन्त्रिलाई गुनासो गरेका थिए । त्यस्तै तराइन इन अमेरिकाका महासचिव सतेन्द्र शाहले पनि प्रधानमन्त्रि न्युयोर्कमा आउदा नेपाल मिसनले नेपाली समुदायलाई अपहेलना गरेको भनी गुनासो गरेका थिए । त्यसैगरि दलित अधिकारकर्मि विष्णुमाया परियारले माओवादीले जातीय भेदभाव र छुवाछुत अन्त्य गर्छु भनेर जनतालाई उदघोष गरेको पाच वर्ष वितिसक्दा पनि अझै दलितहरु भेदभावको सिकार हुदा सरकार मौन रहेकोमा प्रधानमन्त्रिलाई प्रश्न गरेका थिए ।
नेपाल मिसनद्धारा आयोजित कार्यक्रममा एनआरएन युएसएका कोषाध्याक्ष डा विनोद शाह, जन सम्पर्क समितिका पुर्व अध्यक्ष आनन्दा विष्ट, एलाइन्स फर डेमोक्रेसि एण्ड हृयुमन राइटसका अध्यक्ष सोमनाथ घिमिरे, सिन्धु वेलफेयर सोसाइटीका अध्यक्ष बंशलाल तामाङ, शेर्पा किदुगका अध्यक्ष छोङबा शेर्पा, ग्याल्सुम्दा समाजका अध्यक्ष डा दाग्याल्बो पुनेल,न्युयोर्क कला मञ्चका अध्यक्ष रामराजा क्षेत्री, युनाइटेड नेपालिज डेमोक्रेटिभ फोरमका अध्यक्ष सीता खरेल, जन सम्पर्क समिति न्युयोर्क च्याप्टरकी उपाध्याक्ष जनेश गुरुङ, शेर्पा विश्व शाह,सीमा धामी, हरिशचन्द्र हमाल, राधाकृष्ण देउजा,सुरेश चाम्लिङ, वाकासा वान्तवा र रुमा भट्टाराईले प्रधानमन्त्रि समक्ष जिज्ञासा र राय सुझाव दिएका थिए । अमेरिका ब्लड डोनर्स एसोसियसनका अध्यक्ष तथा लामो समयदेखिन रक्तादान गदै आएका अर्जुन मैनालीले मुलुकमा हालै गएको भुकम्प पिडितको राहतका लागी प्रधानमन्त्रि कोषमा एक लाख नेपाली रकम प्रधानमन्त्रिलाई हस्तन्तरण गरेका थिए ।




निकै कडा सुरक्षाका वीच सात बजे शुरु हुने कार्यक्रम करिब एक घण्टा ढिलो भएको थियो । कार्यक्रममा नेपाली समुदायलाई अपहेलाना गरेको भनी जनजाती महासंघ अमेरिका - फिफना) ले विज्ञाप्ती मार्फत नेपाल मिसनलाई विरोध जनाएका थिए । राष्ट्र संघका लागी नेपालका स्थायी प्रतिनिधि ज्ञान चन्द्र आचार्यले स्वागत मन्तव्य राखेको वितिकै प्रधानमन्त्रिले बोल्न थालेको केही समयमै केही व्यक्तिहरुले हातमा कालो झण्डा उठाउदै ' देश बेच्न पाइदैन' , ' हत्यार सरकार चाहिदैन' ' खोसिएका सम्पति फिता गर' जस्ता विभिन्न नाराबाजी समेत गरेका थिए । करिब ३ सय जनाको सहाभागीता रहेको उक्त कार्यक्रम शुरु हुन ढिलाई भएर कार्यक्रम लम्बिन थालेपछि सहाभागीहरुले हुटिङ र होहल्ला मार्फत कार्यक्रम छोट्टयाउन खोजेका थिए । उक्त अवसरमा न्युयोर्कका विभिन्न सस्थाका प्रतिनिधि लगायत नेपालबाट प्रधानमन्त्रिका साथमा आएका उहाका पत्नि तथा सभासद हिसिला यमी परराष्ट्रमन्त्रि नारायण काजी श्रेष्ठ र उहाका टोलिका अन्य प्रतिनिधिहरुको उपस्थिति रहेको थियो ।

Prime Minister Dr. Babu Ram Bhattarai greeted with black flags

 

Four brave Nepalese raised black flags to the Prime Minister Dr. Babu Ram Bhattarai at the program in Chain Federation Hall of Queens, New York, organized by the Mission of Nepal.

Bishal Shah, Bandana Koirala, Kunti Thapa and Binita Nakarmi are those four brave Nepalese who raised the black flags and shouted against the Prime Minister Bhattarai and the Maoists atrocities. The Prime Minister was about to speak on Nepal’s natural resources, Bishal Shah interrupted the Prime Minister Bhattarai and asked him, “is it not you and the Maoist party who destroyed the natural resources and national properties”. Then-after, the protestors raised the black flags and shouted the slogans, “we love our national dress, you cannot demolish the national pride, you cannot shoot the guns here, we don’t need killer as Prime Minister” and so on. The large numbers of Nepalese Community gathered to listen to the Prime Minister Dr. Bhattarai gave a big applause to the protestors.

The Prime Minister stopped his speech and started talking to the protestors saying, “He saw and listened to the protestors”. The program organized for the Prime Minister Dr. Bhattarai was briefly interrupted. The brave four Nepalese left the venue politely after the request of Nepalese community members.   

This incident raises the truth that not all Nepalese stay quite when a nation and the nationals are rubbed.

Mr. Babu Ram Bhattarai a.k.a. Lal Dhoj

Dear Mr. Bhattarai,

We, Nepalese, propelled by conscience, summoned to duty by our beloved country, are gathered here in New York City to express our outrage against your visit to the UN. This is an insult not only to our people’s intelligence, but also to the conscience of the entire world.

Mr. Bhattarai, in the first place, you do not represent our beautiful country, you do not represent the great people of Nepal and you do not represent our values. Secondly, you do not deserve to stand at the podium of the world’s biggest citadel of peace. You embody violence and terror, the very antithesis of the peace on which the UN was founded and has stood for more than sixty years. You have not renounced violence. You have not surrendered your lethal weapons. Your marauding thugs-for-hire terrorize, torment and taunt the people day in and day out all over our country.

Due to your brutal assault on Nepal, for too long now, we have lived without peace, order, security and any semblance of stability. The country is reeling in utter chaos. In order to divide and conquer, you have turned Nepal into a fertile ground for ethnic conflict. We are careening towards a hellish cycle of ethnic violence and never-ending conflicts. Because of your policies and actions, a chasm of distrust and animosity has developed between our myriad ethnic groups, replacing the understanding and harmony that had developed over centuries.

You have an insatiable appetite for death and destruction. For the last fifteen years, you have been living on a daily diet of the Nepalese people’s blood and treasure. Soon after declaring yourself prime minister, you declared that “you have no magic bullets” to solve our colossal problems created by your own Maoists criminal enterprise. You had no trouble finding bullets to put through people’s heads, but you are shamelessly telling us now that you cannot solve the problems in which you played such a big part in creating.

Mr. Lal Dhoj, allow us to speak plain truth. You are one of the people who is responsible for the massacre of more than fifteen thousand people and the displacement of millions of others by driving them away from their homes and villages. Countless others have been forced to leave the country just to survive. You have destroyed billions of rupees worth of national property and hundreds of thousands of private property. Your barbarism simply saw no limit. You were also involved in the desecrations of many temples, schools and national monuments.

But, your heinous crimes did not end there. You have confiscated thousands of people’s land. You were involved in robbing banks and people throughout Nepal at gun point. You kidnapped young and underage sons and daughters of very poor and naïve parents and trained them to kill and to be killed. Thus, with violence and terror, you quickly turned our panoramic country into a gruesome killing field.

As a consequence, you have brought our scintillatingly beautiful nation to the brink of ruin. It will take generations to recover from the bloodbath and the ashes and rubble you have created. The lack and loss of people’s loved-ones and the unrelenting pain associated with it will endure for generations to come. When future generation read the catalogue of unspeakable horror and tragedy you and your thuggish friends have created in Nepal, it is bound to send a chill down their spines.

You seized power at gun point. As a result, you destroyed our toddling democracy and our precious 1990’s democratic Constitution. Since you had no belief in democracy, you did not give it a chance to take a baby step. You took advantage of a difficult period of transition to democracy. Our democracy was restored in Nepal after thirty years of hard-fought often in bitter political struggles by the people. It was largely a non-violent and peaceful revolution championed by our great leaders and statesmen. Tragically, you ended it with blazing guns and exploding grenades, creating rivers of blood down the mountains, through the valleys and on to the plains.

You won the so-called constitution assembly elections with firepower. Now you have anointed yourself as Prime Minister through muscle, money and manipulation. Your own Maoists criminal gang leader, Prachanda, has declared you to be an Indian agent. The rest of the people in Nepal have no apparent reason to suddenly trust a tyrant like you.

Dr. Death, just before you left Nepal, a devastating earthquake hit Nepal. You did not care to learn about the loss of lives and property in the country but instead left for New York in a rush to give a farcical speech on the world stage. If we needed any further proof of your moral depravity, this is it.

Now, given your appalling background and history, is it possible that you have a positive message to convey to the world? The answer is a resounding “No.”  Your presence will only serve to lower Nepal’s prestige and standing in the world.

Our glorious history, our independent national identity, our mosaic cultures and the spirits of our brave people are as grand as the majestic Himalayas. We defeated the mightiest power of imperialism, and we will defeat you as well – it is only a matter of time. You may live under the illusion that you have defeated the Nepalese people. In truth, you have captured power, but not our hearts. You may occupy the center stage in Singh Durbar, but not in our heartland.

In the end, you will lose and we will win. You love power and we love our country. You believe in violence, hate and retribution. We rest our faith on peace, justice and reconciliation. You believe in a Marxist totalitarian system. We believe in democracy, human rights and peaceful process of debate and dialogue to settle differences amongst ourselves. We believe in freeing people and you believe in making slaves. You believe in making decisions for people, we allow people to make their own determinations. We have an abiding faith in a united people and a unified Nepal. You want to divide Nepal and keep our people separate from each other. We respect our fellow human countrymen’s “life, liberty and pursuit of happiness” as much as we love our own. You have proved a total disregard for these quintessential human values in the most inhuman way.

You and your goons took advantage of our innocent, naïve, gentle and peaceful people and a weak state. You destroyed not only so many precious lives but their families’ livelihood as well. There are not too many people in Nepal who were untouched by your besetting sins of violence and murder, both physically and emotionally.

You have put our country in a very difficult situation. Our people may not be articulate, but they understand and feel as much as anyone else. They are God-fearing and deeply spiritual people. They are endowed with a deep sense of right and wrong. We will right the wrong in Nepal. We will never allow you to destroy what is good about our country or let it die. And we will make certain that you will stand at the altar of justice for the monstrous crimes you have committed. We will ensure that justice will roll down the mountain like a mighty river. At long last, Nepal will finally be free from the Maoists repression and cruelty. We will make sure that democracy, peace and progress reign supreme in Nepal.

Most Controversial PM of Nepal- Maoist Leader-Baburam Bhattarai

Since 29 Aug.-2011, the most controversial Maoist leader, Dr. Baburam
Bhattarai became the prime minister of Nepal. Due to his huge mistakes
in his past life, he has lost his credibility on Nepalese nationality.
So, it is not easy to him to success in Nepalese political scenarios.
The havocking of PM's using Mustang motor which logo is made in Nepal
and all the parts are from abroad, may be the last and first slogan on
him. Due to his wrong thought regarding Nepalese nationality, Dr.
Babauram Bhattarai's position is in suspicious. Because, being the
product of JNU-Delhi, he has forgotten the Nepalese nationality and
the people's aspirations. 'In just November 2005, the parliamentary
parties (the Seven Party Alliance, or the SPA) and Maoists signed a
12-point agreement, setting out on a common agenda for the democratic
transformation of the Nepali state. That soon gave way to the people’s
movement in April 2006, which in turn led to the Constituent Assembly
and eventually the abolition of the monarchy. A well known Indian
professor SD Muni has tweeted- 'India has done a wise thing to let
Bhattarai sail through in the PM election with the support of Madhesi
groups. Nepal's stability depends on Maoists. Bhattarai's victory in
Nepal is a turning point. His first priority should be to implement
the Maoist promise on integration of the PLA cadre.–(United We Blog!

The Times of India has recently wrote- 'JNU scholar becomes Nepal's
new Maoist PM, though a moderate who has advocated maintaining
friendly relations with India and focusing on peace instead of
beginning yet another armed revolution, Bhattarai will also have to
work hard to assure India that his government will not be hostile to
the southern neighbor.' Now, it is exposed what the India wants. One
year ago, Maoist Chairman Prachanda had said Baburam Bhattarai is the
agent of India. So, in the context of Nepalese nationality, the new PM
of Nepal Dr. Babauram Bhattarai is very suspicious.

Many Indian blogs have well explained reality of Dr Bhattarai and his
mentor Prof Muni. 'Mr. S.D. Muni is considered to be the mentor of
Nepalese leaders, more so those of the Maoists. With Muni’s active
maneuvering, Prachanda not only reinstated Bhattarai to his initial
position but later hailed India for their support on peaceful
settlement in Nepal. Mr. Muni is supposed to be an undeclared advisor
of the South Block establishment and is concurrently presumed to be
close to the RAW (Indian Intelligence)- who has been told to keep
“eyes” especially on Nepal. High placed sources have told the
telegraphnepal.com that Muni has been especially sent by the South
Block mandarins here to monitor the Chinese influence.-(India sends

scholar Momin Iftikhar said- 'Baburam Bhattarai, is high ranking
leader of the Maoist, had a meeting in Delhi with the leader of
Communist Party of India (M) Prakash Karat, under the chaperonage of
RAW. If these indication in Nepal are geared towards making of a Sri

So, since 2006, he has been pleading the poisonous agendas- ethnicity
based federalism, secularism and republic which was guided by RAW and
CIA. These poisonous agendas are not the real issues of Nepal. Then
how can he implement these suicidal agendas? I think there are so
many problems that there will be no the consensus to complete the
peace process and the drafting of a constitution among the parties.
Another major sticking point is how to integrate thousands of Maoist
fighters housed in camps since the nation's civil war ended in 2006.
It was the proposal to integrate them into the Nepal Army. Nepal's
Army officers distrust them and have serious dispute. Dr. Baburam
Bhattarai, so called qualified writer seems an extremely
controversial. An analyst Arjun Gyawali wrtites- Baburam Bhattarai is
the first anti-Hindu Communist PM of Nepal as a traitor of
Nagibulla-1979 in Afaganistan after who was hanged. He has declared
to abolish the Nepalese National Dress. He is thinking to abolish the
national animal-COW and Nepalese national language. If he will not think to
stop the attacking on national identities it will be danger for him
also. So, I suggest him to think the future of Nepalese unity, peace
and to keep intact the national identities.

The Mother Nepal has been suffering from four major diseases; 1)
Corruption, 2) Cancer, 3) Christianity and 4) Communist (the communist
that signed the 12-point pact in New Delhi 0n 22 November 2005).
Congress, UML, Maoist including other political leaders, under the
guidance of Moist leader Baburam Bhattarai who was directed by Indian
intelligence wing ‘RAW’. Congress leader Girija, UML leader Madhab
Nepal, Maoist leader Prachanda signed the 12 point pact on 22 November
2005 and by accumulation of adequate resources launched the people’s
uprising in 2006, embarking on Nepal’s destruction. Dr. Baburam
Bhattarai was one of the active designer of 12 point agreement by the
hints of RAW's strategic SD Muni. Now see Baburam Bhattarai has become
the Prime minister of Nepal- 29 Aug. 2011.
An energetic international analyst Ms. Sudeshna Sarkar writes- New
Delhi was far more enthused over the election of Baburam Bhattarai as
Nepal’s new prime minister than over the formation of the first Maoist
government three years ago. With Bhattarai becoming the 35th prime
minister of Nepal, who was educated in Chandigarh and Delhi and
enjoying good rapport with India’s leftist intellectuals and
politicians, Bhattarai is regarded as being positive towards India, at
a time the hawks in his party wanted an armed war against the
neighboring country'.
In current affairs, the serious mistake of Dr. Baburam Bhattarai is to
join hands with the Medheshi leaders. A four-point deal between the
Maoists and the Terai-based Madhesi front will be the cause of
political downfall of Dr. Bhattarai. The nationalist front of the
Maoist leader Mohan Baidhya also is not supporting this
anti-nationalist four-point agreement. Since 2006, due to the
traitors' regime, the situation of Nepal is getting worse day by day.
Some Tarai-based groups are demanding- 'One Madhesh One Province'
which is never feasible and acceptable for good governance for the
Tarai people. Geographically, ethnically, linguistically and socially
the people can't be integrated in One Province. For example, Maithili,
Bhojpuri, Abadhi, Tharu, Rajbanshi, Dhimal and Nepali are among the
dominant languages which are in use in different places. It is an
annoyance for Hill-origin people as well as the indigenous tribes.
Because of the different linguist groups, ‘Nepali’ has become
lingua-franca (communicative language) from many years.

Every citizens and castes in Tarai are furious because some culprit
minds want to introduce Hindi to eliminate all the rich and old
languages and rich culture of our Tarai people. One should not forget
that it is necessary to destroy religion, culture, languages and way
of life of the people to disintegrate country. So, the antinationalist
want to finish Tarai people's language, culture and way of life by
introducing the Hindi language- inducing the Indian dominance. In
order to protect the language & culture every nationalist Tarai people
should be aware of it. In fact the people have no power and are
ignored by the culprit leaders. In such situation, can Baburam
Bhattarai implement these suicidal agendas? So, how we can expect, Dr.
Baburam Bhattarai will success in his premiership? He is an aggressive
communist guided by RAW. Due to his destructive anti-nationalist
agendas, he will get fizzle out. If effective action are not taken all
the situations would further be deteriorated.

The present between PM Baburam and Madeshes (two hostile groups) is
not only an unholy agreement, but also the two different political
paths. The Indians had decided to format the Govt. making the
anti-nationalist laws to capture the whole system. A Nepali spiritual
nationalist Shri Sher Bahadur Gadtaula, President-Rashtrabadi Gorkha
Sewa Dal, USA writes-'Dr. Baburam Bhattarai is pro-Indian and more
dangerous to Nepal than Prachanda though he was stupid but I think he
still has some iota of Nationalism. The Baburam will let Madhesi
takeover the country and destroy what remains of our country. This is
big success for Indian to take Nepal in Path of Next Sikkim. That is
not very far down the lane for Nepali if we do not wake-up and wipe
out these stupid communists and betrayer of countries'. This analysis
may be blame or fact, have to see.

Just from Sep 09, 2011, the Maoist leader Baburam Bhattarai-led
government has started to set up a new suicidal separate unit for '30
million people bulk integration' of Madhesi people in the army to
destroy the norms and unity of Nepal army. The intention of the new
PM-Dr. Bhattarai is exposing day by day which will be the cause of his
downfall. The pro-Sikkim's PM Lendub Dorje also joining the hands with
the Indira's government of India used to say that he was honest for
the country's prestige. But Lendub hand-overed-1975 the sovereign
Sikkim to India. So, if Dr. Bhattarai wants to be a good leader, he
should remember the quotation-'Cut your cout according to your cloth'.

I am saddened by the article of Dr. Baburam Bhattarai with an attempt
at insulting Nepal published in Kantipur daily on 4 February, 2010.
Dr. Baburam Bhattarai writes, "Feudal regime is unilateral. Prithvi
Narayan Shah had started the feudal state structure. Prithvi Narayan
Shah used to measure Khas-Arya castes in higher level whereas the
other castes as people of lower level. The state created by Prthvi
Narayan is based on caste and class exploitation." With this, he sent
a message that formation of separate states of castes would accelerate
development process. He presented a controversial and false opinion
against the concept of sovereign Nepal. Laden with such opinion Dr.
Baburam Bhattarai, born in Gorkha, has shown a path for the agenda
harboured by the RAW and CIA, by forgetting the Nepali spirit and
blowing the pride of national unity, disgracing the national dress and
at the same time searching the path of nation's disintegration. This
has degraded himself. So it is a misfortune for Technocrats to indulge
in national politics without studying the identity of the nation. I
suggest Mr. Baburam Bhattarai not to scribe articles on national
politics without reading Prithvi Narayan Shah's divine message (Divya
Upadesh).

A veteran journalist Yuvraj Ghimire says- It is misfortune for the
nation to feel that nationality and democracy could not be preserved
by digging a grave for the nation's culture and history. Prithvi
Narayan Shah's relevance has increased in the time of demand for
ethnic states and increasing trend of disintegration. Nationality will
not strengthen by scolding Prthvi Narayan Shah and his dynasty. Nor
will the Maoist remain a people oriented force. The condemned history,
culture and condemned value cannot take care of social, political and
national integration.'
Almost the so-called politicians create havoc all over. They promised
to build a bridge even where there is no river. Similarly, the logo of
PM's using-Mustang motor is made Nepal, but all the parts are from
abroad. The bluffing can't give the good message. In the context of
visit of UN meeting, the Nepalese in US raised black flags to the PM
Baburam Bhattarai at a program in New York, organized by the Mission
of Nepal. The protestors raised black flags and shouted slogans
against Bhattarai and the Maoists atrocities. They interrupted the PM
Bhattarai, 'Is it not you and your criminal party who destroyed and is
continuing to destroy the natural resources and national properties of
Nepal? We love our national dress; you cannot demolish the national
pride; you cannot fire the guns here; we don’t need killer as Prime
Minister' and so on.
There should be the production of every necessary materials needed for
the people in the country. If we don't drive our industries, we will
be driven out of productions.
Remember the quotation. 'A leader who doesn't hesitate before he sends
his nation into battle is not fit to be leader.'

So, it is a very serious and challengeable time for Dr. Baburam
Bhattarai how to relief from all the blaming and obstacles. The first
question is that Dr. Baburam Bhattarai is not free. He is in tape of
Madeshi leaders. It indicates the future fate of Maoist PM.

We Nepalese people want-Monarchical democratic-Sovereign Nepal with
Hindu Kingdom.
