देश प्रधानमन्त्री बिहिन, माओवादी अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहालले प्रधानमन्त्री उम्मेदवारी फिर्ता लिए, रामचन्द्र पौडेल आठौं पटक पराजित

प्रधानमन्त्री चयनका लागि भएको निर्वाचनमा कांग्रेस संसदीय दलका नेता रामचन्द्र पौडेल आठौं पटक पराजित भएका छन्। माओवादी अध्यक्ष पुष्पकमल दाहालले उम्मेदवारी फिर्ता लिएपछि एक्लो प्रत्यासी बनेका पौडेलले १ सय १६ मत मात्र ल्याए। प्रधानमन्त्रीको नवौं चुनाव असोज १४ गते दिउँसो ३ बजे हुनेछ । प्रधानमन्त्री निर्वाचित हुन कम्तिमा ३ सय मत आवश्यक रहेकोमा पौडेलले १ सय १६ मत मात्र पाउँदा विपक्षमा २ मत पर्‍यो। ७१ सांसद तटस्थ रहे।

जनाएका छन् । आइतबार नर्भिक अस्पतालमा उपचार गराइरहेका कांग्रेस संस्थापक कृष्णप्रसाद भट्टराईलाई भेटेपछि पूर्व युवराज पारसले यस्तो प्रतिक्रिया दिएका हुन् । 'सरकारले भनेपछि हामी त 'गुड सिटिजन'ले 'फलो' त गर्नुपर्‍यो,' उनको प्रतिक्रिया थियो, 'नागरिकलाई धार्मिक यात्रामा सहभागी हुन रोक्नु राम्रो होइन ।'
कांग्रेस संस्थापक भट्टराई अझै पनि संवैधानिक राजतन्त्रको वकालत गर्दै आएका छन् । पार्टी 'गणतान्त्रिक' भएकोप्रति चित्त दुखाउँदै उनी कांग्रेसको १२ औं महाधिवेशनमा पनि गएनन् ।वसन्तपुरस्थित तलेजु मन्दिरमा ९ पूर्व जिवित देवी कुमारी र ५०४ कन्यालाई पूजा अर्चना गरी सम्मान गर्ने कार्यक्रममा 'सुरक्षा दिन नसक्ने' भन्दै सरकारले मंगलबार ज्ञानेन्द्रको कार्यक्रम रद्द गरेको थियो । पछि ९ पूर्व जिवित कुमारीलाई ज्ञानेन्द्र बस्दै आएको निर्मल निवास पुर्‍याइएको थियो ।

As we have informed you all about the establishment of new Nepali Mandir and Community Center in Northern VA earlier. This is the continuation and updated message to community, since it is in full swing now and we are moving smoothly and strategically.  It is a demand based approach, which will result in large scale community participation due to the fact of ever growing Nepalese population in this area.   Due to enormous response and demand from the community, a decision was taken to hold a mass meeting of town hall type in order to involve more interested people from every walks of lives.  Since it is community project, we would like to request everyone to participate in the inception stage and “Have your Say and Contribute in any Capacity” so that we can establish solid foundations from the get go.

These are the major agendas for the scheduled town hall meeting;
 

• Comprehensive update to community about its vision, timelines and destination.
• Update in the registration process.
• Create and gather periodic donor list.
• Collect creative ideas and gather all sorts of feedbacks.
• Participate and contribute in any capacity because it has open door policy to whoever wants to join the wagon.
