एकीकृत माओवादीले बुधबार देशभर एकैसाथ सम्पूर्ण गाविस र नगरपालिकाहरूमा जनसरकार घोषणा गरेको छ । माओवादीले गाविस र नगरपालिकाको कार्यालयमा गएर खुलासभा मार्फत राज्यको समानान्तर सरकारका रूपमा जनसरकार ब्युँताएको हो ।माओवादीले अन्य दलका नेता तथा कार्यकर्ता....

र स्थानीय बुद्धिजीवीहरूलाई समेत जनसरकार घोषणा कार्यक्रममा बोलाएका थिए । शिवमन्दिर र कावासोतीमा भएको संयुक्त जनसरकार घोषणा कार्यक्रममा बोल्दै एकीकृत नेकपा माओवादी नवलपरासीका सहइन्चार्ज मोती रिजाल मिलनले यो समानान्तर सरकारले अहिलेको सरकारका गल्तीकमजोरी पत्ता लगाइ गाविस-गाविसमा कब्जा जमाउनेसमेत बताए ।

माओवादीले प्रत्येक गाविस र नगरपालिकामा संयोजक र उपसंयोजकसहित १३ जनादेखि १७ जनासम्मको जनसरकार समिति घोषणा गरेको छ । समयमै संविधान नबने सोही मितिमा जनसंविधान घोषणा गर्ने तयारी गरिरहेको माओवादीले सरकारलाई स्थानीय स्तरमा काम गर्न नदिनका लागि यसो गरेको स्रोतले जनायो ।

माओवादीले राज्यसत्ता कब्जा गर्नकै लागि देशभर ५ लाख युवाहरूलाई भौतिक तालिमसमेत प्रदान गरिरहेको स्रोतको दाबी छ । तालिममा माओवादीले जिल्ला सदस्य, इलाका सदस्य, राज्य सदस्य, पार्टी सदस्य र पार्टी शुभचिन्तकहरूलाई समेटेको छ । तालिममा लाठी, खुकुरी चलाउनेदेखि लिएर हतियार कसरी कब्जा गर्ने र त्यसलाई कसरी प्रयोगमा ल्याउनेजस्ता विषयमा सिकाइने सहभागीहरूले जनाएका छन् ।

He won the Templeton Prize for helping unite science and spirituality.
  
  ·      Maithili Iyer, co-winner of Nobel Peace Prize for her work with the U. N. Panel on Climate Change, shared with Al Gore, for bringing the bringing the serious problem of human-induced disruption of the earth’s climate (the greenhouse effect) to the public’s awareness.
