ReplyDeletefirst of all my namaste to all nepalese brothers and sisters. i am one of the bhutanese refugee resettled in the united states of america. actually i never use to write any comments but i saw the name list of dv lottery winners,this matter encouraged me to write something. whether u take positively or negatively, but u should have to know life in america is very hard. i had every facilities until i got job but u will not get this things from the government. i met many nepalese people in US and most of them are not happy. me too i am not happy. u guys might be thinking same like me. u might have hope about earning money and fulfulling all your desires. but my friends, u will never get above $9.00 dollars for one hour. some of the places u will get 10.00 dollars also. that is only if u work. i hope u will never make above $1300 until u have two jobs. it is very difficult for single to exist here. we all the bhutanese r with our family and it is very difficult for us to save $300 per month. plese never listen the words of nepalese who are in america. they might be encouraging u to enter america. they will never tell u the facts about america. though i was refugee but if i had known this fact about america i could not have this conditon. all the nepalese in america will tell lie if u only ask them. they might tell u, "i will make $20 per hour". only doctors and nurses will make money in america not other. but never think of nepalese doctor. if they are specialist also they have to start from the initial point. so please if u have good job and if it's enough for eating and living never leave your country. if nepalese government is offering me nepalese citizenship than i could be coming their soon. i know how much trouble do the nepalese brothers and sisters has in america. but they will never tell this things due to the popularity of america all over the world including nepal. when i use to phone back my camp i use to tell them all the good things about america. i never told them the bad facts about it. bacause i never wants my opposers(one who doesn't want the resettlement) to be happy listening my troubles. so please remember mother and motherland are superior than heaven. u might be thinking that this guys doesn't want the nepalese people to come in america but i am writing the facts. actually i don't like to write my name because i already told u above. so if u have any question please leave me here. it is better if u leave me ur email address if it is possible. bye bye
