बिचरा माकुने पछाडि बाट पो भागेछन !!!

आफै पछाडिका ढोकाबाट भागेर हिंड्ने माकुने ले देश कसरी चलाऊलान ? जनतालाई कसरी सुरक्षा देलान ? प्रधानमन्त्रिलाई सुरक्षा दिन नसक्ने प्रशासन ले अरुलाई के सुरक्षा को अनुभुती गराउला ? यि र यस्ता प्रश्न कती हो कती उठ्न थालेका छन अहिले । अझ चितवन को यो समाचार सुनेर तपाईं हरु लाई के लाग्छ कुन्नी ?????

उच्च माध्यमिक विद्यालय संघ नेपाल हिसानको प्रथम राष्ट्रिय सम्मेलन उदघाटन गर्न चितवन पुगेका प्रधानमन्त्री माधवकुमार नेपाल भरतपुर विमानस्थलको मूलद्वारबाट ननिस्की पछिल्लो ढोकाबाट निस्केका छन । राष्ट्रपतिको कदमविरुद्ध आन्दोलन गरिरहेको प्रमुख प्रतिपक्षी एकीकृत माओवादीका कार्यकर्ताहरुले भरतपुरबाट नारायणगढ पुग्ने क्रममा अवरोध गर्ने संभावना देखिएपछि उनलाई सुरक्षाका लागि पछिल्लो ढोकाबाट निकालिएको हो । प्रधानमन्त्री बनेपछि पहिलो पटक चितवन आएका नेपाल रुट परिवर्तन गर्दै सम्मेलन स्थलमा पुगेका थिए। भरतपुर विमानस्थलदेखि पुल्चोक हुँदै सम्मेलन स्थल पुग्ने निर्धारित रुट परिवर्तन गरी उनी कार्यक्रम स्थल पुगे। प्रधानमन्त्री नेपाल विमानस्थलबाट लङ्कु हुदै सम्मेलन स्थलमा पुगेका हुन। यद्यपि माओवादी कार्यकर्ताहरुले ठाउँठाउँमा कालोझन्डा देखाएका छन ।
माओवादी आतंकका सामु घुडा टेकेर भाग्नेहरुबाट देश र जनताले के पाउलान र खोइ !!!!




“Promissory Note of NECC”

Dear community members: Currently, Nepal Education and Cultural Center (NECC) has been issuing a Promissory Note to borrow loan from individuals and organizations. The following are the summery about the Promissory Note:

Main Criteria:

1. Target to borrow the loan: $300,000.00.

2. Offering Interest Rate: 6% per annum.

3. Accepting loan amount as little as: $1,000.00

4. Maturity date: 1 year and may renew every year (upon mutual agreement only).

5. Payment of Interest: Upon maturity.

6. Withdrawals: 3 months advance notice required if want to withdraw earlier than due date (no interest if not matured).

Reasons to issue the Promissory Note:

1. Pay off existing equity loan of 150K @ 12% interest rate.

2. Lower the monthly mortgage to $3,000.00 per month.
*
3. Build Pagoda type Gazebo for Mandir. (Est. cost: approx 35k).
*
4. Convert existing barn to community center (est. cost approx 115k).
*
5. Move the Mandir to Beallsville and rent out or sale the Lanham property.

Other information:

1. Collateral: Lanham Property (Net worth at present approx. 400,000.00 already paid off).

2. Source to pay the interest: Rent from Lanham property, regular service and fundraising.

3. Source to pay the principal: Perform Puja, Other Services, Potential future donations or sales of Lanham property in appropriate time.
